  • Bespoke projects typically require 8–12 weeks depending on complexity, scale, and material sourcing. Timelines are discussed upfront so clients know exactly what to expect.

  • For bespoke and collaborative projects, a 50% deposit is required to secure materials and begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery. For limited collections, full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Absolutely. While our limited collections are designed with a specific aesthetic in mind, clients often request variations in size, finish, or material to suit their space.

  • Yes. Whether you bring a concept sketch, mood board, or single image, we’ll work with you to refine and translate your vision into a finished piece.

  • Yes. We ship nationwide and offer white-glove delivery for select projects. International shipping is available upon request. Costs are calculated based on location and project specifications.
